DYING-FINISH SPACE

Here the processing of fabric takes place with the aid of various procedures. These procedures are applied either to the silken thread or the silken fabric and consist of the following stages: ungluing, washing, whitening, dying and finish. The several stages and the technique which is applied during the processing vary according to the condition of the silk, that is, in thread or fabric. Ungluing is the procedure of removing or diminishing of the natural glue that the silken thread has. The twisted thread or silken fabric has to boil well enough in hot water, soap and soda so as to lose its glue. This procedure may be repeated two or even three times until the silk is entirely unglued and has obtained the appropriateflexibility. If we want it to maintain its natural color, the procedure of whitening ensues. The dying of silken items is materialized in two different ways. In nipples when it is made in spun thread and in ready silken fabric. The dying of silk in nipples takes place when the thread is destined for the production of fine fabric. Painting silk, made in 2 different ways. In loop when a thread twisted and finished silk fabric. Painting on silk loops is when the thread for the manufacture thin fabrics.
